Rules for flights between the Czech Republic and Russia agreed

The aviation authorities of the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation dealt with mutual relations in the field of air transport for the upcoming period in Prague today. Both parties agreed that, in accordance with the existing contractual framework, the capacity on the transport market of Zhukovsky Airport – Prague Airport may increase from the summer 2020 operation period.

At the same time, the possibility of using existing trans-Siberian overflight routes on the Prague – Seoul route for Czech air carriers will be permanently confirmed and expanded from the same operating period. Until then, the existing scope of operations will be maintained.
